China integrates human rights action plans with development plans: White paper

BEIJING -- China has integrated its national human rights action plans with its national development plans, a white paper released by the State Council Information Office said on Thursday.
Since 2009, China has worked out three national human rights action plans, which is quite unusual among countries of the world, said the white paper on the practice of the Communist Party of China in respecting and protecting human rights.
Currently, the work has begun to produce the fourth national human rights action plan (2021-2025), said the document.
