ISLAMABAD -- An intermittent exchange of fire took place between Pakistani and Indian security forces along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, sources said.

The incident occurred between 1:30 am and 2:30 am local time on Friday in the Leepa sector, located in Jhelum Valley district of the region, security officials told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
