The Hulunbuir spring flower viewing tour kicked off on April 26 with a grand opening ceremony in the city's Zhalantun Azalea Leisure Tourism Zone.

The zone is famed for its breathtaking seas of azaleas. Every spring, the hills come alive with vibrant blooms, painting a picturesque and poetic landscape that draws nature lovers from near and far.

The Zhalantun bureau of culture, sports, tourism, and broadcasting has curated special activities to enrich visitors' experiences. Highlights include cultural performances within scenic areas, the Yalu River folk art exhibition, extended evening hours at local museums, and an exhilarating motocross championship.

The azalea-themed flower viewing season will run until mid-May. During this period, organizers will offer a variety of carefully crafted one-day and two-day spring tour packages tailored to the changing floral scenery, providing diverse options to meet the needs of all visitors.
