Inaugural desert horse and camel race thrills Inner Mongolia

The inaugural Badain Cup 2025 Spring Horse and Camel Racing Festival was held on May 3 at the Badain Lake scenic spot in the Badain Jaran Desert of Alshaa, Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

At the sound of the starting signal, riders burst out at full speed, skillfully guiding their horses in a thrilling chase across the desert terrain. The event delivered a powerful blend of energy and spectacle against the backdrop of vast sand dunes and shimmering lake views.
