Over 234,000 Hongkong residents live on mainland

BEIJING - A total of 234,829 Hongkong residents and 21,201 Macao residents were living on the Chinese mainland by Nov 1, 2010, according to the sixth national census data released by the National Bureau of Statistics Friday.
