有人上著班，業余時間還做兼職，沒有一刻得閑；有人辭了職，卻也不著急找工作，借著暫時失業的機會好好享受生活。所以說，上著班不一定have fun，失業了，也不一定沒有fun，

The funemployed refers to people who are unemployed and using the free time to have fun and explore new areas in their lives while they wait for their next job opportunity.
失業快樂族（the funemployed）指在等待下個工作機會來臨期間利用空余時間享受生活，并挖掘生活中的新鮮領域的失業一族。

The term "funemployment" is defined as "the condition of a person who takes advantage of being out of a job to have the time of their life".
Funemployment則是指人們利用失業時的自由時間充分享受生活的這種狀態。

For example:

I just love being funemployed now. I can have all day and night to enjoy my life and have fun.
我現在很喜歡做個“失業快樂族”。我有整天整晚的時間去享受生活、找樂子。
