北京市新的廉租房和經濟適用房管理辦法28日起實施，宣武區陶然亭街道207戶住房困難群眾有幸成為保障性住房政策調整的第一批受益人。那么，“經濟適用房”怎么說呢？

報道中說，家住北京宣武區的田滿素搖號分到了一套經濟適用房。她說：“我特別高興成為第一批受益人！” 田滿素告訴記者，結婚20年了，她和丈夫、兒子以及公婆一家五口一直住在公婆的一套20多平方米的房子里，已經住了20年。

這里，“affordable house”就是“經濟適用房”；廉租房可以說“low-rent house”。
